Corporate Development Associate

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and hands-on Corporate Development Associate to join BRESH Global at a defining moment of our growth. This role sits at the center of how BRESH scales globally. You’ll work side by side with our C-suite, Chairman, and investor partners, helping shape decisions around acquisitions, partnerships, capital planning and fundraising-related initiatives. It’s a high-exposure role for someone who wants to understand; and actively participate in, how a global entertainment platform is built in real time. You won’t be observing from the sidelines: you’ll be modeling, analyzing, and supporting real decisions that directly impact the future of the business.

• Support financial modeling for corporate development. Build and maintain financial models (operating, valuation, IRR/MOIC, accretion/dilution) to evaluate acquisitions, JVs, and strategic transactions across markets and formats.
