Corporate Counsel

Job Description:

• Establish a governance system for sales offices in South East Asia
• Provide legal guidance to Senior Management to ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, align with corporate strategy
• Provide strategic advice and counsel on risk mitigation on business decisions, corporate policies, manage litigation across diverse markets, including identifying market volatility & credit risks on regional businesses
• Business agreements review and advise on legal aspects of corporate structure, operational and financial governance
• Enforce ethical standards and regularly conduct internal audits on sales offices’ governance and compliance status

Job Requirements:

• Juris Doctor Degree from law school
• Deep knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions and relevant industry regulations
