Your role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the R&D organization, LEO Pharma production sites, and headquarter functions, providing legal advice across a wide range of contracts and projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to key stakeholders within the global organization including R&D, procurement, IT, finance, external manufacturing, product supply chain and logistics.
- Review, negotiate and draft a broad range of contracts and act as lead on contract negotiations.
- Ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
- Offer guidance on legal risk management, cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Contributing and/or driving internal process improvement initiatives, as well as cross-functional improvement projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
