About the Role

Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Partner
Venn Group are partnered with a leading legal 500 Northamptonshire firm who are looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their respected team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying an energising work environment and opportunities for progression.
As a Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer you would be responsible for a mixed caseload including mergers, acquisitions, restructures, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements.
Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 4 years PQE
Experience across a variety of corporate and commercial matters
Good communication, negotiation, and client management skills
