Corporate Card Program Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Ability to manage end-to-end card implementation including processing of all required paperwork and documentation.

- Oversee the intake, review and approval of card applications.

- Coordinate with IT to setup data bank feed in Concur

- Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure system functionality and data accuracy

- Deliver training sessions to cardholders on program usage and policies

- Termination and maintenance of corporate cards

- Responding to corporate card inquiries on Slack, Teams, ServiceNow and other channels
