Corporate Actions Associate

**Our client, a Major Big 5 Bank, is currently looking to hire for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join their Team in downtown Toronto. The role is best suited for candidates with 3-5 years of corporate actions experience with a background with CDS and DTC.**

Job Duties

•Full understanding of end-to-end processing of the corporate action lifecycle, from announcement capture through to the final entitlement reconciliations

• Daily liaison with trading desks, ops groups, accounts and institutional counterparties is needed to ensure the efficient processing of elections and entitlement setups

• Collaborate with internal and external groups, as necessary, to assess procedures, identify gaps, and implement enhancements

• Daily monitoring and clearance of cash/stock reconciliations

• Working with the team manager to fulfil year-end/mid-year reviews and individual goal setting
