We are looking for:
Core Workday HCM Tech Lead
Your future role:
Lead the technical design of Workday HCM and integration solutions in collaboration with the System Architect and development teams,
Translate business and product priorities into scalable technical designs and implementation plans aligned with the product roadmap and architectural principles,
Oversee a geographically distributed team of developers, including internal staff, contractors and supplier resources,
Ensure high‑quality, secure delivery of integrations and applications through code reviews, pull requests and adherence to development standards and best practices,
Collaborate with senior leadership and peers across the organization to influence the strategic direction of application development and integration,
