About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for customer escalations related to core network systems.
- Deliver professional services including deployment, installation, integration, and network optimization of core network solutions.
- Perform configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of core network equipment and applications.
- Support software upgrades, patch implementation, and validation testing activities.
- Conduct proactive technical design reviews to ensure proper planning, resource allocation, and successful customer network implementation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot VoIP signaling and call traces to resolve network and service issues.
- Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, and Support teams to ensure effective resolution of complex technical concerns.
