What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments
  2. Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital
  3. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  4. Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone, and correspondence
  5. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
  6. Maintaining and updating office records and databases
  7. Providing support for special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
