About the Role
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and continuously improve the operational reliability master plan, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to site leadership and steering teams.
- Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the operational reliability master plan in collaboration with site and corporate leaders.
- Develop short‑term operational reliability KPI targets and monitor performance against targets.
- Partner with communications and change management specialists to develop and execute an integrated change management strategy.
- Plan, chair, and facilitate regular governance, focus team, and site leadership meetings.
- Mentor and coach leaders, supervisors, and frontline employees through implementation and ongoing operational improvement.
- Develop executive‑quality presentations and present updates to site and corporate leadership.
