About the Role
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the franchise team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate franchise onboarding, compliance tracking, and communication between franchisees and the corporate office.
- Coordinate all Franchise materials and organization in the Franchise Portal
- Coordinate the processing of all vendor invoices and tracking payment issues/delays
- Assist in managing financial administration, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.
- Maintain and organize confidential financial and franchise documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Character Mascot Management (SSC & TT) Lead contact for Mascot Management Companies
- Coordinate the shipping and cleaning of all Mascots around the world
