Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations Support
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments (accounts payable and receivable)
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare supporting documents for monthly financial closing
- Track income streams including membership subscriptions, course fees, and donations
- Assist in maintaining proper financial documentation for audit and reporting
Administrative & HR Support
- Maintain staff records including leave, claims, and basic HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and preparation of related documentation (e.g. IR8A)
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative coordination
