About the Role
A global leader in battery technologies is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for their Monterrey Distribution Center. In this role, you will ensure the operational continuity and reliability of warehouse equipment while supervising maintenance technicians. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, ensuring safety procedures, and tracking key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance along with knowledge of TPM and CMMS systems. This position is on-site with no travel required.
