Department: UCHlth Denials Mgt Payer Audit
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Coordinates activities and flow of work for an assigned function or area.
Responsibilities:
+ Manages workflow of payer integrity and denials management
+ Provides reports to facilitate review of financial performance for individual and department goals for the system. Identifies trends using root cause analysis.
+ Facilitates process improvement with internal and external stakeholders to increase efficiency and improve financial performance.
+ Develops, implements, and maintains training and education opportunities for staff....
