About the Role

Job Description
Oaks Perth Hotel are looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis.
This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard, and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and plating of meals.
Cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and guest expectations.
Ensure excellent presentation of meals before service.
Maintain proper food storage, safety, and hygiene standards.
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
Support team members to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
Shift Details (subject to change):
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
