Position Summary
The Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards, brand guidelines, and established recipes. This role supports daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, food safety, efficiency, and excellence in every plate served. Level and seniority (Cook I, II, or III equivalent) will be determined based on experience, skills, and performance during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Follow all food safety, HACCP, and company procedures.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, dating, and rotation of products (FIFO).
