About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate food according to standardized recipes and event menus
  • Assist in bulk food preparation for catering events, banquets, and corporate functions
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and work areas
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen supervisors, and service teams to meet event timelines
  • Assist in packing, labeling, and transporting food for off-site catering events
  • Properly store ingredients and ensure correct food handling procedures
  • Minimize food waste and report inventory needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (JQ)

  • At least High School graduate; culinary/vocational course is an advantage
  • With at least 1 year experience as a Cook in a catering, banquet, hotel, or restaurant setup...
