Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate food according to standardized recipes and event menus
- Assist in bulk food preparation for catering events, banquets, and corporate functions
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and work areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen supervisors, and service teams to meet event timelines
- Assist in packing, labeling, and transporting food for off-site catering events
- Properly store ingredients and ensure correct food handling procedures
- Minimize food waste and report inventory needs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (JQ)
- At least High School graduate; culinary/vocational course is an advantage
- With at least 1 year experience as a Cook in a catering, banquet, hotel, or restaurant setup...
