CASA VIBRAZIONE PTY LTD located in Mount Hawthorn WA 6016 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join their team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking a range of dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu requirements
• Assisting in planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
• Monitoring food preparation and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
• Storing food in temperature controlled facilities and ensuring proper stock rotation
• Checking the quality of raw ingredients and weighing, measuring and mixing foods according to recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, including equipment and work areas
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations and workplace health and safety requirements
• Assisting with stock control, ordering supplies and minimising food wastage
