About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp analytical thinker to help improve conversion rates for ecommerce brands through data analysis, UX research, and experimentation. This is not a generic marketing role. You’ll spend your time: analyzing funnels and user behavior reviewing session recordings and heatmaps identifying friction points coming up with test ideas helping design better user experiences supporting A/B testing programs You do NOT need to be a “CRO expert.” But you do need: excellent English communication strong attention to detail analytical thinking curiosity about user behavior experience with ecommerce websites good UX/UI instincts Bonus if you have experience with: Shopify GA4 Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity Figma landing page optimization A/B testing About us: We work with ecommerce brands on analytics, CRO, tracking, and experimentation.
