About the Role: We're looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to help us maximize our website performance, landing page performance and paid ads on social media, and increase conversions. This is a remote, hourly contractor position exclusively for candidates based in the Philippines.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze user behavior through analytics data to identify conversion bottlenecks (you may need to help us set up analytics that will help you - we will do whatever is needed to be able to track better and get set up for success)
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies across landing pages, paid social ads with landing pages, and key conversion points
