Conversion Manager - Philippines - Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Conversion Desk Manager to lead and scale a high-performing conversion operation within a regulated environment.

This role will initially manage a team of 10 conversion agents , with a clear and aggressive growth plan to 75 agents in a short timeframe. The position requires a senior leader with proven conversion expertise, strong people management skills, and the ability to operate confidently with international stakeholders.
