We are looking for a Conversation & Activation Manager to connect with prospects, activate them into engaged users, and retain them as loyal customers. In this role, you will handle the full lifecycle from initial outreach to onboarding, conversion, and long-term relationship management, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for Spanish and Portuguese clients.

You will use a mix of cold calling, targeted campaigns, and direct engagement to drive measurable business results. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you will turn conversations into conversions.
