 & SummaryPwC Poland’s IPA (Intelligent Proces Automatization) team employs more than 50 people. We support all aspects of the intelligent automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and all worldwide. Our Team specializes in implementing RPA, AI and CAI solutions -- chat and voicebots.
We are looking for:
Conversational AI Developer (Chatbots / Voicebots)
Your future role:
Develop CAI solutions on platforms such as Kore.ai, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CCAI / Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, using both deterministic (intent-based) and prompt-based approaches,
Perform hands-on configuration and development, including API integrations, backend logic and platform-specific automation,
Design conversational flows using diagrams or prompt-engineering patterns,
Support NLP model training and TTS/ASR configuration when required,
