Controls Scrum Master

The Controls Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery for the Americas controls application teams. This role supports multiple cross‑functional teams across Mexico and the US, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies while removing impediments to team productivity and delivery excellence. The position plays a critical role in the Americas regional controls organization, enabling teams to deliver high‑quality controls applications for multiple product lines (DX, EDGE/CRV) while maintaining strong coordination with global Product Owners and technical leadership. The position is based onsite at Vertiv’s Monterrey, MX – Apodaca location.

Agile Facilitation (40%)

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives; coach on story estimation and Definition of Done.
