About the Role
You will be responsible to drive the modernization of our installed base. In this role, you will be the visiting client sites to identify aging HVAC/BMS controllers and proposing control system upgrades and services contract opportunities. Your goal is to transition our clients from legacy offline systems to cloud-connected assets, laying the foundation for our AI-driven energy services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to existing customer facilities to audit their current control systems and HVAC assets.
Identify digital gaps: specific controllers that are outdated, obsolete, or incapable of cloud connectivity.
Maintain a detailed database of the installed base, tagging sites that are AI-Ready vs. those requiring hardware retrofits.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Controller Upgrades and IoT Gateway installations.
Explain the technical necessity of these upgrades to Facility Managers/Clients/Consultants.
