About the Role
Main responsibilities:
Lead financial controlling activities for the €1.2B Digital budget across closing, forecasting, planning, and reporting.
Drive Digital‑specific financial processes: project controlling, commitment tracking, CAPEX, depreciation/capitalization simulation, MDM updates, perimeter changes, and recharging.
Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
Harmonize and standardize ways of working across all geographies.
Act as the primary financial partner for Global FBPs, Digital leadership, and in‑country teams.
Communicate complex financial insights effectively to non‑financial stakeholders.
Lead and develop a team of 9 controllers across three hubs, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Promote collaboration, performance, continuous improvement, and capability building within the team.
