Location: Timmins, Ontario, Canada - On‑Site 3 days a week (twice a month)

Eliassen Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Controller to join a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will oversee site-level accounting operations, lead month‑end close, and manage a small team of senior accountants. Partner with corporate finance to transition processes, standardize reporting, and implement controls in a dynamic environment. Experience with close optimisation, team leadership, and site‑based operations is important. Mining industry experience is required. Strong accounting leadership, close optimisation expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a site-based setting are essential.
