Job Overview

ENPULSION is looking for a Controller (f/m/x) to join our Finance team. This role goes beyond traditional controlling. You will be a strategic partner for management and operations, owning critical financial processes, driving meaningful improvements, and enabling decision-making through transparency and actionable insight. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - especially in production, engineering and senior leadership - to shape how we plan, measure and steer financial performance.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously improve the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process.
• Maintain, develop, and optimize internal and external financial reporting.
• Drive internal improvement projects, with a strong focus on information structures, data quality, and process efficiency.
