About the Role
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring expenditures align with the allocated budget.
- Coordinate with project managers to track project timelines and deadlines meticulously, adjusting as needed to prevent delays.
- Manage project resources efficiently, including, materials, free-issue and direct supply equipment.
- Contract Compliance: reviewing and approving contracts, ensuring financial allocations are correctly assigned under the appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and relevant project codes.
- Tender Compliance: Tenders are reviewed to confirm compliance with applicable conditions and clauses, and purchase requests for equipment and services are raised as necessary to support ongoing operations and projects.
- Payments and Contract Management: Takes receipts to facilitate payment processing. Reviewing variation requests for financial compliance with approved budgets.
