About the Role
Job Description
Among the main tasks, the Controller will support local Finance team in:
+ Supervise issuance of financial statements among with more than 20 information annexes, that are reported monthly to the local regulator (Superintendencia Compañías, Valores y Seguros)
+ Support team on the monthly tax return reports and the annual income tax return to regulator SRI
+ Validation of CAPEX projects execution and other related analysis
+ Supervise aging of suspense accounts and others related to coinsurance businesses.
+ Estimation and accounting of technical reserves, including UEPR and IBNR among others
+ Reconciliation of balances with related parties abroad
+ Coordination of quarterly review processes with external auditors and risk rating agencies
+ Implementation of the company's accounting policies for local and GAAP purposes
