Controller

Our East end manufacturing client is seeking a new Controller who reports to the Director of Finance. You perform and oversee a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

(Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following)

• Analyze project costs and revenues

• Prepare, analyze, and plan full variance reports

• Process intercompany payments and perform account reconciliations

• Collaborate with Project Managers to review and report actuals and forecasts (costs, revenues, billings, margins) and investigate project issues as they arise

• Prepare internal management reports

• Monitor inventory flow accuracy within the ERP system

• Review and maintain quarterly obsolescence provisions
