Target Profile: Finance Controller (FMCG) – Madrid
Mission
Support business performance through strong financial controlling, automation of reporting, and advanced analytics using Power BI, improving speed, reliability, and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Business partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Automate reporting processes (Power Query, DAX, Excel, Power Automate, SQL where applicable)
- Improve data quality and streamline finance processes
- Support continuous improvement / simplification initiatives
Must-have
- 3–7 years in Controlling / Finance Business Partnering , ideally in FMCG
- Strong knowledge of Power BI :
- Power Query
