Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support financial reporting and month-end close processes
Review and assess internal controls and accounting procedures
Provide audit readiness support and liaise with external auditors
Analyze financial statements and identify process improvement opportunities
Oversee general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Support operational finance functions within a manufacturing environment
Provide recommendations to strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy TMGCT
Job Requirements: Previous experience as a Controller
Strong audit background (public accounting preferred)
Big 4 experience considered a strong asset
Manufacturing industry experience required
Professional designation (CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable
