About the role

We’re hiring a hands-on Controller to own accounting and build a disciplined finance operating cadence. You will implement a 5-business-day month-end close, deliver reliable weekly/monthly reporting, and build a pricing & full-cost calculator we use to price products to hit target returns. We operate multi-currency (USD/CAD/GBP/EUR) with 200+ SKUs and ~5 new launches/month.

What success looks like in the first 90 days

• Weekly KPI pack live and consistent: sales, contribution margin, Amazon ad spend (allocated by SKU/ASIN), inventory turns (by region/channel)
