About the Role

Robert Half is partnering with a valued client in search of an experienced Controller to lead and oversee the organization’s accounting and financial operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who can manage day-to-day accounting functions, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial insight to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other reporting requirements
