Control Systems Engineer

Duties and responsibilities

• Deliver control systems for advanced motion compensated equipment
• Contribute in developing the next generation solutions
• Modelling and simulation
• Preparation of specifications, manuals and other technical documentation

Qualifications

• PhD/MSc/BSc degree in cybernetics, automation engineering, computer science, software engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Candidates without cybernetics and automation background should have 3‑5 years of relevant work experience within these fields
• Knowledge of programming languages (C++, ST, Python, or similar)

Following competence is an advantage, but not required:

• Craft certificate in relevant field (electrician, automation, etc.)
• Experience with VFD systems and instrumentation
• Experience with PLC
• Experience with user interface design
