About the Role

About The Position
INTECH Process Automation & Intelligence is seeking a skilled Control System Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and engineering support for control and automation systems, including DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, and SCADA systems.
﻿Key Responsibilities
Pre-Cutover Planning
Identify and tag critical signals and interlocks
Verify all I/O mappings and confirm signal readiness
Plan safe isolation of PLC5 components during migration windows
Execution (Location-wise Changeover)
Ensure safe signal forcing to prevent spurious trips
Validate hardware removal or bypass procedures (PLC5 I/O, OCR, JBs)
Post-Cutover Activities
Validate F&G functionalities in the new system
Perform joint loop checks and interlock verifications
