Control System Engineer

Job Responsibility

Software Design & Development

• Design, develop and debug motion control and user interface for automated vision inspection systems.
• Design reusable code in C# for motion control and system integration.
• Study and provide solutions for customers in terms of design feasibility and meet customer expectations on quality and timeliness.

Collaboration & Cross-Department

• Work with mechanical design and vision software team from design until the project completion stage.
• Work with electrical team on electrical wiring and routing of motor driver, I/O module and equipment.
• Work with operation team to improve existing machine process.

Support

• Perform onsite system setup, troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to customers when necessary.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize machine downtime.
