Control Support Engineer

As a Control Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the ADAPTO system, Vanderlande’s shuttle-based AS/RS technology. Your main objective is to ensure optimal system performance by handling software and control issues, supporting system recovery, and driving continuous improvements. This role is key to maintaining high system availability and delivering outstanding service to our customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second-line technical support focused on the control and software aspects of the ADAPTO system.

• Analyze and resolve faults related to system behavior, PLC logic, and software integration.

• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with on-site maintenance teams during incidents and escalations.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
