The Control Room Operator, Lead (Power Gen) is responsible for supervising the power generation shop and personnel in support of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Construction.

+ Supervise and train skilled, semi-skilled, and apprentice personnel to ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned work involving installation, operation, removal, maintenance, and repair of all power generation equipment

+ Review service orders and work orders related to power generation and ensure they are completed on time, staffed properly, and the quality of work meets approved standards

+ Estimate amount of work hours, materials, parts, and supplies needed
