Role SummaryThe role will be responsible for providing contract drafting and negotiation services for one of the largest tech companies in the US.We are looking for someone with least 5 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.Experience in the M&A buy-side, M&A sell-side, data protection/privacy, service agreements, and NDAs are preferred.Responsibilities and DutiesDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements from NDAs, DPA, Service Agreements, etc.Work within contract management systems and client environmentEffectively communicate with client and their stakeholdersWork with the stakeholder to identify and achieve specific business goalsAttend stakeholder meetings and team meetingsGuide stakeholders based on company legal guidance, policy, and processIndependently manage workload by assessing priorities and deadlines for tasks assignedPerform other tasks as assignedRequired Skills/AbilitiesExcellent analytical, writing, and oral communicati...
