Responsibilities:
Case Management:
Handling internal department related and external client disputes or cases; Replying to legal notices; Thoroughly review, analyze, and categorize documents, understanding their significance in ongoing litigation; Managing litigation right from initial evaluation of the case, review and finalize court documents, co-ordinate with external counsels, law firm, witnesses and internal departments as required and administrative work related to case management.Legal Research:
Undertake exhaustive legal research to provide evidence and case law that support the company's litigation position; Stay updated with the latest legal trends that can influence the company's case.Advisory role:
