Contracts Manager

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support both pre-contracts and operations across our Engineering Construction business unit, with a primary focus on Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects in WA and an emerging footprint in Gladstone.

This role will play a critical part in contractor-side contract strategy and delivery - from pretender and tender negotiations through to claims management and post-award administration - ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved across the full project lifecycle.
