About the role

This full-time Contracts Manager role is a key position within NEC Australia Pty Ltd, based in Darwin, Northern Territory. As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract management processes, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled efficiently and in compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

• Manage the drafting, negotiation, and execution of commercial contracts, including service level agreements, procurement contracts, and partnership agreements
