Role Overview
The Contracts Associate will support the Contracts Head in managing subcontractor appointments, contract administration, commercial tracking, and coordination for interior fit-out projects across hospitality, residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
This role requires strong understanding of interior execution, subcontractor market dynamics, measurement verification, billing processes, and on-site commercial control.
Key Responsibilities1. Subcontractor Appointment & Management
Identify, evaluate, and prequalify subcontractors for various interior scopes (carpentry, gypsum, flooring, metal works, painting, polishing, glazing, etc.).
Float RFQs, compare techno-commercial bids, and prepare comparative statements.
