- Commercial and residental estimating in the pipeline.
- Reporting into the commercial project manager.
- Work with a reputable luxury builder.

To be successful you will have the following:
- Efficient in filing
- Previous procurement experience preferred
- Mid - Senior level experience
- Ability to go review work prior to approving invoices and to challenge invoices
- Good Construction Knowledge
- Experienced negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Relevant industry and tertiary qualifications in construction
