About the Role

Role & Responsibilities:
Review, analyze and prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other bid opportunities for submission in support of the sales organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the review, negotiation and administration of contracts and agreements.
Complete vendor questionnaires and documentation in support of the sales process.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (such as sales, product development, legal, and finance) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment of responses.
Maintain contract documentation and ensure proper storage and organization.
Monitor and track contracts requests.
Provide other administrative support to the contracts team.
Basic Qualifications:
Associates’ or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field;
