About the Role

The Role
  • Review and interrogate builder progress claims to ensure entitlement and cost accuracy
  • Assess and negotiate variations, EOTs and additional payment claims
  • Track cost movement, financial exposure and risks outside head contract scope
  • Support management of head contracts, consultant agreements and procurement
  • Assist with feasibility inputs, tender processes and QS reviews
  • Maintain detailed commercial registers, reporting and documentation discipline

  • The Criteria
  • 3 to 7 years Contracts Administration experience builder side essential
  • Strong understanding of head contract structures, variations and EOT assessment
  • Practical site exposure with solid understanding of construction sequencing
  • Confident challenging cost positions without damaging relationships
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction or related discipline
