We are currently seeking a Contractor Competency Authorising Officer (CCAO) to join our dynamic Energy team. This permanent role involves ensuring the competency of contractor personnel within the electrical distribution field, specifically for SSEN works ranging from 11kV to kV.

Here are some of the activities you'll be involved with...
Assessing individuals against defined competency criteria, including technical knowledge, experience, and understanding of Distribution Safety Rules.

Conducting structured assessments using interviews, scenario questioning, and evidence review.

Verifying candidate evidence such as training records, authorisations, logbooks, and experience records.
