Our client is a leading e-commerce leader, seeking for Contract Telemarketer!What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Telesales or customer service experience (Preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills
Comfortable with selling/cross selling over the phone and handling rejections.
Thrive in meeting sales targets.
What you'll be doing on the job
Cold call Marketplace sellers who do not have KAMs/vKAMs as contact point to pitch relevant programmes
Assist brands with sign-up process if requested by KAM.
Understand the entire programme and its benefits in order to articulate to sellers and answer any queries.
Process organic seller applications using Lazada in-house onboarding and payment platforms.
